Job Description

1. Achieving the targets as per business plan.

2. Ensure that the team adopt and adhere to the company dress code in order to promote a positive and professional image at all times.

3. Monitoring sales performance against last year, last week on a daily and weekly basis and give the feedback to the reporting Manager and also communicate to the team.     

4. Analyzing the BESTSELLER and the WORSTSELLER on weekly basis.

5. Interacting with the Merchandiser for the Replenishment of stock on a timel;y

6. Maintain Visual Impact of the Stock by Maintaining Stock Presentation as well as Stock Rotation.

7. To maintain correct inventory of the store, accordingly do the stock correction

8. To build and enhance customer relationship. 

9. Manage the overall operations of the designated store and report the saem to the Reporting Manager
